The room was large and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful. They booked the bus from Ha Tien to Cambodia for me and answered my questions on WhatsApp too.
It had a great location along the river. Plus it was one block from the bus company. So we were able to walk to it.

The manager was exceptional and spoke perfect English. The room was large, clean, comfortable with a king size bed. There is a lovely patio out front to sit with your own drinks or food (coffee shop attached is open in the morning). Lovely town with very friendly people - it was like being back in time when tourists weren't an annoyance. Nang Luong restaurant, on the waterfront a minute away, serves great food and has an English menu. The manager was so helpful with ferry tickets and a taxi to the ferry to Phu Quoc. Highly recommend the Sai Gon Ha Tien Hotel and traveling overland via Ha Tien to Phu Quoc instead of flying.
Our large double room was very comfortable, reasonable space, a good bathroom with great hot water and a comfortable bed. It included a fridge, small desk, a couch and a TV with Netflix. The Wifi was great and air conditioning good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the waterfront, night market and plenty of restaurants.
Staff were super friendly and really helpful. They booked us a minivan to Cambodia which made it really easy. The room was comfy and clean.
